The PositionThe College of Education and Integrative Studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona invites applications for a temporary part-time lecturer pool to support college-level interdisciplinary initiatives, special programs, grant‑funded activities, educator preparation partnerships, and strategic institutional priorities.
Assignments may support initiatives including, but not limited to:
- Teacher Academy and educator workforce pipeline initiatives
- Afro futurism Initiative programming and scholarship support
- PK‑12 and community partnership initiatives
- Emerging technologies and applied learning initiatives
- Career readiness and workforce development programming
- Inclusive leadership and community engagement efforts
- Regional partnership development
- Student success and belonging initiatives
- Grant‑supported programming and special projects
- Interdisciplinary teaching and applied learning experiences
- CSU systemwide strategic priorities and university initiatives
The temporary faculty pool is continuously open, and positions are filled as needed, based on programmatic needs, student enrollment, funding, and strategic initiative priorities. Candidates may need to be available to begin assignments on short notice.
Assignments may include teaching, curriculum development, facilitation, program coordination, partnership engagement, mentorship, applied learning supervision, and other related duties connected to college initiatives and special projects.
