Cal Poly Pomona is seeking an Early Support Specialist to support student success initiatives within the Office of Student Success. The role focuses on developing and implementing early alerts, coordinating with college advising staff, and guiding students toward degree progress.
The ESS will train faculty on progress reports, partner with advisors, and monitor persistence data to improve outcomes. This is a full-time, probationary staff appointment.
