ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCYSUMMARY
:
Currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented Masters in Biology graduate student to join our research team. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator for the project titled “Translating Biomedical Research into High School Classrooms: A Teacher Immersion Model for Diverse, Workforce-Ready Classrooms.”
SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL GET TO DO (this is just a small sampling of work variety):
The student will contribute to a wide range of design projects that support and promote our project including the design of a workshop booklet, instruction workshop participants and analyzing survey data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
· Must be enrolled as a full-time student at Cal Poly Pomona for the Fall 2026 semester
· Must be a Masters in Biology graduate student
· Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
· Has a team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and receive feedback
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience designing materials for workshops (e.g., promotional flyers, advertisements, social media disseminations)
· Proficiency in excel and Graph Pad
