Collegeof Business Administration
Cal Poly Pomona's College of Business Administration, including the Singelyn Graduate School of Business, serves over 5,000undergraduate and graduate students. All programs are accredited bythe Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)
-a distinction earned by only 6% of business schools worldwide.
Notably, the college, along with three other CSU campuses, holds aseparate AACSB accreditation for its accounting program, placing itamong the elite 3% of institutions globally with both business and accounting accreditations. Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best undergraduate business programs, the college offers eight undergraduate options as part of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. In 2022, the Singelyn Graduate School of Business was established through atransformative gift from alumni David and Ruth Singelyn.
Today, the graduate school offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and several specialized master's programs. The college is housed ina state-of-the-art, three-building complex, featuring modernclassrooms, lecture halls, labs, conference rooms, student club spaces, and offices for more than 100 faculty and staff.
The IBM Department is one of six academic departments within theCPP College of Business Administration, which serves more than6,000 students. The department enrolls approximately 1,300 majors,including about 900 students pursuing one of six career tracks in marketing management and 400 students specializing in areas of international business.
IBM faculty hold doctoral and master's degrees in their respectivedisciplines and are actively engaged in scholarly research,teaching innovation, and professional service. They regularlypublish in well-respected, peer-reviewed journals and present theirwork at academic and professional conferences. The departmentembraces the Teacher-Scholar model and is deeply committed to the success of its diverse student population, taking pride in supporting students' social mobility and academic achievement.

The PositionThe temporary faculty pool is continuously open, and positions arefilled as needed, based on student enrollment and funding.
