Automotive Finance Manager

We are actively hiring only dedicated full time Finance Managers. Our search includes someone highly motivated, dedicated, with a positive attitude, and great customer service skills to join our team.

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products/protections that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with CA DMV rules and Requirements
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, e-contracts and delivers deals
• Audits deals Post-Sale for accuracy for the Business Office
• Ensures no issues funding of all contracts

• Ability to e-contract (a must)
• Must be Dealer track DMS and Dealer track submission proficient
• Must have knowledge of the responsibilities of a Finance Manager with a proven track record
• The ability to self motivate and assist where needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
