Overview
Job Summary: Interview patients, establish patient record with demographic and financial information, identify insurance codes, obtain consents, obtain authorizations, and advise patient of co-pays. May perform other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Registration experience
- Clerical work experience
- Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Registration experience in a hospital environment
- Admitting experience
Salary Range: $23.10 - $29.35 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
SALARY RANGE INCLUDES EVENING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
