Job Summary

The Training Specialist - HR provides operational support for onboarding and access provisioning processes across multiple business units including SPE, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Generation, and EHSQ. This role ensures employees receive the appropriate system access and technology resources required for their roles while maintaining compliance with organizational security and access governance policies. The specialist works closely with hiring managers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to validate onboarding requests, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure employees are fully provisioned and ready on Day One.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support related to onboarding and employee access provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and perform technical analysis related to onboarding and provisioning requests.
  • Validate job templates and provisioning requests with hiring managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit and track system access and provisioning requests to support employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of system and technology access.
  • Resolve access-related issues for new and existing employees.
  • Identify and correct missing or incorrect system roles and permissions.
  • Manage the team mailbox by reviewing requests, responding to inquiries, and prioritizing incoming tasks.
  • Track onboarding tasks through completion to ensure employees receive necessary system access.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure onboarding processes are executed efficiently and within required timelines.
Required Experience
  • Experience supporting HR onboarding or employee provisioning processes
    .
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing access requests and system provisioning workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting onboarding or system access issues.
  • Experience working with enterprise collaboration and communication tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience working with SAP, Success Factors, Helix/Remedy
    , or similar enterprise onboarding systems.
  • Experience supporting employee access governance or identity provisioning processes.
  • Experience working in enterprise or utility industry environments.
Required Skills
