Overview
Remediation Analyst / Program Coordinator (Utilities)
Pomona, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Up to $35.62/hour, 18-month contract
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This position supports remediation management activities and short-term project work streams, ensuring alignment with Transmission & Distribution compliance notification requirements.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive operational and compliance performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support program management activities across remediation and compliance work streams
- Track deliverables and monitor progress against compliance deadlines
- Analyse data from dashboards, trackers, and systems of record to report on performance
- Ensure compliance notification work progresses through the IPSEC lifecycle within required time frames
- Interpret notification issues and determine required resources and actions
- Collaborate with senior advisors and regional/district stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain data integrity, including data validation and cleanup activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on compliance performance
- Experience with in the utilities industry, particularly Transmission & Distribution operations or program management
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and working with large or complex datasets
- Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as PowerBI
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and operational tools
- Familiarity with scheduling processes and compliance notification workflows
- Strong understanding of data tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify risks and implement solutions proactively

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of utility compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., E1 policy, GO95)
- Understanding of Transmission & Distribution systems (overhead, underground, electrical infrastructure)
- Experience supporting compliance or remediation programs
