Business ; BC Administrator

We are hiring a Business Central (BC) Administrator to provide internal support and basic administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role focuses on resolving day‑day operational issues, assisting users, and supporting integrations and application setups. The position is hands‑on and support‑oriented, not a development role.

• Serve as the primary internal support contact for Business Central issues
• Respond to and resolve BC support emails and requests
• Perform routine operational fixes, including:
• Resetting system status indicators and processing flags
• Correcting inventory and production‑related location information
• Reversing shipments and associated transaction records
• Updating warehouse shipment data
• Modifying import files to prevent processing errors
• Managing and updating warehouse location assignments
• Resetting sales documents (orders and quotes) to an editable state
• Cancelling sales orders and related records
• Provide general troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot queues and data issues related to Datahaven integrations
• Assist users with setup customization, preferences, and basic configuration
• Escalate complex issues to IT, developers, or external vendors as needed
• Document common issues and resolutions
• Explain basic workflow functionality to point users in the right direction

• Hands on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of ERP transactions and operational workflows
• Experience troubleshooting data, queues, and system issues
• Ability to work directly with users and explain solutions clearly
• Strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot issues

• Experience with BC integrations or middleware (e.g., Datahaven)
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
• Prior internal application or ERP support experience
