Project Manager Pomona, CA - Hybrid

Ongoing assignment – Project Manager to coordinate projects that include transmission facility relocations and to coordinate internal projects due to infrastructure maintenance at client Pomona office.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Project Manager who can ramp up to lead/manage activities for ~25-30 projects with responsibility for resultsigens in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes.
• Direct involvement in tasks necessary for successful project execution.
• Identifies problems and solutions.
• Collaborates to establish project objectives, timelines, risk analysis, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and resolving conflicts with team members, functional managers, and commercial customers.
• Understands PM core concepts; can learn processes and portfolio.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Two days in Pomona office/Job site, three days remote)

Ability to commute/relocate: Pomona, CA 91768:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience: Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Projects, SAP, P6. Preferred:
Seven or more years of project management experience. Preferred:
Utility experience. Preferred:
Construction management experience. Preferred:
Project Management Professional certification. Preferred:
Experience in Grid software, like Grid Technical Tool, used to model and optimize power grids. Preferred:
Experience with Copperleaf.

License/Certification: PMP preferred
