Project Manager – Medical Device (Regulatory Initiative)

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to support a high-impact regulatory-driven initiative within the medical device industry. This role will lead a time-sensitive project involving global product registrations, cross-functional coordination, and manufacturing site transition activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Project Manager with 2–5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment who is ready to own a structured, compliance-focused initiative.

• Lead project planning and execution from kickoff through completion
• Develop and manage master schedules, risk registers, and issue trackers
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams
• Support regulatory amendment timelines across global markets
• Track risks, budget considerations, and project milestones
• Communicate status updates and mitigation plans to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of project management experience in medical device or another regulated industry
• Experience supporting regulatory-driven or compliance-based projects
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Occasional local travel between Southern California sites (Pomona and Brea)
• Travel to Mexicali, Mexico within the first 60 days to facilitate a cross-functional workshop
• Flexibility for periodic in-person collaboration as needed
