Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Manager, Field Operations, will manage Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) requirements. Ensuring SCRRA employees and contractors are compliant with the Authoritys Title 49, CFR, Part 217, 219, 240, 242, 243, 245, 246, and 272 programs. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Field Operations, will ensure regulatory compliance outlined in SCRRA service agreements, ensuring contractors comply with all Passenger Equipment Safety standards under the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and any other regulatory requirements.
