We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Director to lead multiple 3PL and MDO operations across a designated region. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops high-performing teams, and drives sustainable business growth through strong operational and financial leadership.
What You’ll Do Leadership & Talent Development- Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers through structured development plans, performance discussions, and ongoing leadership training.
- Build high-performing teams and create succession plans for critical leadership positions.
- Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Participate in final-round interviews and selection decisions for key leadership roles.
- Drive operational performance across multiple final mile delivery locations.
- Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Review operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and employee engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
- 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, 3PL, final mile, warehousing, or related industries.
- Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
- Strong experience coaching and developing leaders.
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and financial results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with in final mile delivery operations.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, DOT requirements, and safety compliance standards.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
