Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Open to Saturdays
Position Summary:
The Electrical Assembler II works under the general supervision of the Electrical Assembly Lead and performs routine electrical assembly operations of a repetitive nature on electronic components and subassemblies. This role requires the use of drawings, schematics, and a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and machinery components in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Read and understand electrical schematics for assembling machine components
- Wire sub-panels, mount panels to machinery, wire components to panels, and perform testing
- Perform troubleshooting as needed on assigned projects
- Scan jobs into the Made2
Manage (M2M) and traveler systems - Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and machinery
- May assist with facility maintenance as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics for assembling machine components
- Must be able to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Must be able to wire sub-panels, mount panels to machinery, wire components to panels, and perform testing
- Must be able to set and adjust parameters on electrical components, including inverters and temperature controllers
- Must come from a manufacturing background and have experience working with large parts and machinery
- Minimum of three (3) years of electrical assembly experience is required
- Must be proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical ability and knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with good judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
