Manufacturing Stockroom Clerk

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20 – $21 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Stockroom Clerk to support daily inventory and material flow within a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing materials for production, and ensuring departments receive the correct parts on time to support operational efficiency.

• Maintain and update inventory records including materials, equipment, and supplies

• Process and fulfill pick lists for production jobs

• Pull, organize, and stage parts for designated departments

• Route materials accurately to support production workflow

• Monitor stock levels and assist with material ordering as needed

• Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom areas

• Operate forklift safely to move materials and inventory

• Support shipping, receiving, and general stockroom operations as required

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience required

• Previous inventory or stockroom experience preferred

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

• Strong basic math and counting accuracy

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Clean driving record required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
