Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Production Associate to support manufacturing operations. This flexible, hands-on position may work in various areas throughout the manufacturing facility based on daily production needs.
The Production Associate will assist with manufacturing, packaging, material handling, warehouse activities, equipment operation, cleanup, and other general production duties.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Basic math, counting, and measurement skills preferred
  • Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus
Job Duties
  • Assist in various production and manufacturing areas as needed
  • Support filling, labeling, packaging, palletizing, and shipment preparation of products
  • Load raw materials and production supplies into equipment or designated areas
  • Move materials, finished products, and packaging supplies throughout the facility
  • Operate production equipment after completing required training
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
  • Complete production counts and basic documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Wear required PPE and report safety concerns immediately
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
