First, the essentials

Location:

Pomona, CAShift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 PM (train on 1st shift for the first 3 months)
Pay: $19.98 per hour + $0.40 shift differential

Is this you?

Can you set up, program, test, and adjust fabrication machines to shear, pierce, extrude, bend, and shape material?

Do you know your way around a shear to process bus bar and steel?

Are you comfortable following a production schedule—and jumping on expedited orders when needed?

Do you read blueprints and turn them into reality?

Can you install, align, and lock punches, dies, and fixtures with confidence?

Ever interface with an industrial robot to pick and place materials on conveyors or other devices?

Do you load and secure stock using fixtures, clamps, and stops—safely and repeatably?

When equipment acts up, do you diagnose and correct issues via the operator controls?

Do you inspect parts for burrs or surface defects and reject what doesn’t pass muster?

Are you precise with calipers, tape measures, and squares to verify specs?

Do you reliably mark parts with identifying info and stack them properly on carts or conveyors?

Will you scrap out nonconforming material and kick off scrap tickets to replace parts?

Can you coordinate with Material Handlers so copper, aluminum, CRS, and galvanized stock are staged?

Do you keep machines and your area clean for safe, consistent performance?

At a Class A level, are you able to perform or assist with equipment repairs?

Comfortable driving a forklift and other powered lifting/handling equipment to load machines and unload trucks?

Basic shop math skills

Ability to read and write

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMsCapable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for 10 hours

Comfort using basic toolsGED or equivalent experience

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
