About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Olive Vista Behavioral Health Center. Salary: $20-22 per hour.

• Put resident service first and ensure residents and families receive highest quality care.
• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, deliver efficient and effective nursing care for resident personal needs and comfort.
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
