Job TitleRegistered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care primarily on a Medical Surgical unit, with expected float capability to the Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Adhere to facility dress code and all compliance requirements throughout the duration of the assignment
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Telemetry competency required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
- COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting
- Ability to float between units and adapt quickly to varying patient populations
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in an acute care environment
