• Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department.
• Assist customers on the store floor as needed.
• Bag groceries for customers when required and carry them out when requested.
• Maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, maintain the checkout stand, and remove waste from the parking area.
• Ensure the store remains clean and safe at all times.
• Perform lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as required.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but simplified written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (desirable).
• Retail Management Certificate (desirable).
