Scientist ; Wet Chem - Drinking Water and Wastewater West, Pomona, CA

Scientist I (Wet Chem) – Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, Pomona, CA

Full‑time, second shift, 40 hrs/week. Available for overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Routine sample preparation and analysis of water samples by EPA and Standard Methods procedures.
• Perform data processing, data entry, and written documentation.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Preparation of reagents and standards.
• Other general laboratory duties as assigned.
• Regular late shift and/or weekend duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS degree in chemistry or related science field.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience desired.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Compensation: $22.20 per hour (may vary based on experience and skill set).
