• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and store operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and assisting with crowd management during busy business hours and/or special events.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
