Lumpers Wanted
We are hiring for lumpers for a great logistics company in Pomona.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:- Load and unload freight from trailers and containers manually.
- Sort, stack, palletize, and organize products according to customer or warehouse requirements.
- Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
- Inspect products for visible damage and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or lumper experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
