Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
• Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Send payment reminder emails to customers regarding outstanding invoices
• Receive and process customer payments
• Process biweekly payroll for employees
• Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking accounts receivable (what is due and past due)
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding payment matters
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

• Proficiency in Quick Books (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive)
• Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience with bank reconciliation and payment processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

• Knowledge of CRM software Unleashed (training will be provided)
• Previous experience in wholesale, distribution, or automotive industry
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
