Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 (Depending On Experience)

• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform 3-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records and files
• Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation
• Assist with ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
  
  Support the accounting team with additional AP-related tasks as needed

• 1-5+ years of accounts payable experience
• Quick Books experience highly preferred
• Excel Skills
  - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
