Full Charge Bookkeeper | Pompano Beach, FL

We're looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations. If you take pride in clean books, accurate reporting, and a well-run close, we'd love to meet you.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle accounts payable, including vendor management and timely payments
• Oversee accounts receivable and support collections as needed
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance financial statements, and complete reconciliations
• Lead month-end close, including reports and supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership review
• Track budgets and finances
• Work daily in Microsoft and Quick Books Online
• Process Payroll

• Demonstrated full charge bookkeeping experience
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication with vendors, tenants, and internal teams
• Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership
