An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for following up on accounts with past-due balances, requesting overdue payments, and ensuring accurate documentation on all accounts. The role also focuses on resolving billing discrepancies while maintaining standard operating procedures and company policies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent mathematical skills and ability to solve simple equations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in collections, accounts management, or a related role required.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
