Salary Range: $19.00 To $25.00 Annually

An Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for following up on accounts with past‑due balances, requesting overdue payments, and ensuring accurate documentation on all accounts. The role also focuses on resolving billing discrepancies while maintaining standard operating procedures and company policies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with managers, co‑workers, and customers.
• Hands‑on experience with spreadsheets; familiarity with financial reports is optional.
• Ability to perform filing and record‑keeping tasks.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Excellent mathematical skills and ability to solve simple equations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in collections, accounts management, or a related role required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
