Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On‑Site)
Salary: $65,00 – $90,00 annually (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting core accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

• High‑visibility role reporting directly to accounting leadership
• Hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting

• Prepare and post journal entries by analyzing financial data
• Maintain and support general ledger activity and account reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end close
  , including balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Manage daily banking transactions and account activity
• Support accounts payable functions
  , including vendor bill review and payment processing
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with external audits and prepare required documentation and schedules
• Reconcile transactions and support financial operations across multiple areas
• Partner with internal teams to support reporting and accounting needs
• Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements

• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger and financial reporting
• Experience with month‑end close and account reconciliations
• Net Suite experience is required
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
