Accord Care is a home care agency seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in home care.
Job Responsibilities- Scheduling caregivers to meet the needs of clients.
- Update EMR system with schedule changes and visit authorizations.
- Communicates with team members across different departments to effectively coordinate client care.
- Makes sure complaints regarding scheduling are adequately resolved.
- Participates in the on-call scheduling rotation.
- Other duties as needed.
- One year minimum of home care scheduling experience.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
