We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Title Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment. Prior title experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Process vehicle titles and registration paperwork
• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with dealerships, customers, and state agencies
• Maintain organized files and records
• Handle data entry and administrative support tasks
• Ensure compliance with DMV/state requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
