The primary role of our chosen candidate will be to support the Sales and other departments as needed. Some of the required duties of this Administrative Assistant will include and are not limited to:
- Providing front desk phone coverage as needed during lunch breaks or vacation
- Using proprietary system to enter fund and finance information for items sold and financed
- Processing Tag and Title information, for motor and water sports items, (will train).
- Maintain document control and compliance for all sales files
- Use and update spreadsheets for tracking various items including compliance checklists
- Audit sales and title packets for compliance and completion
- Customer service oriented to follow up with clients re. title work
- Will support other departments with administrative projects as assigned
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
