The Dock Experts is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our marine construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you ll work closely with the Permit Manager to coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate permit applications, approvals, and inspections.
- Communicate with municipalities, contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Track permit status and resolve delays to keep projects moving.
- Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on permitting timelines.
- Ensure projects remain compliant with permit conditions and regulations.
- Previous administrative, enviromental, or construction office experience.
- Experience with permitting or construction processes preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
