Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standards;
Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication;
Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer;
Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend safety and reliability improvements;
Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
