Euromotive Performance is looking for an experienced European A-Level / Master Automotive Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are a European specialty repair facility working on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, MINI, Volkswagen, Maserati, McLaren, and other high-end European vehicles. We are not looking for a basic parts changer. We are looking for a technician who understands diagnostics, electrical systems, and proper testing procedures and takes pride in repairing vehicles correctly the first time.

Compensation $110,000–$160,000+ annual earning potential

Compensation will depend on experience, diagnostic ability, certifications, productivity, and European brand knowledge.

Experience Preferred: 5+ years of professional European automotive experience You should be capable of following wiring diagrams, testing circuits, evaluating live data, and diagnosing the actual cause of a problem rather than simply replacing parts based on fault codes.

Ideal candidates will have several years of professional European automotive experience. We are especially interested in technicians with dealership or specialty-shop experience with: BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi / Volkswagen Porsche Land Rover / Jaguar Bentley / Rolls-Royce ASE certifications and manufacturer training are preferred but not required if you can demonstrate strong experience and diagnostic ability.
