• Provide Legendary Customer Service
• Support Customer Success:
  Work directly w/clients, make recommendations, offer guidance & find the right solution
• Process inbound online orders, answer chats, learn logistics and how to calculate shipping and other variables
• Create quotes and convert quotes to orders, suggestive selling
• Learn basic artwork applications to assist in customization of the products we sell
• Work with showroom clients
• Use CRM to engage with current and future clients
• Become a product expert
• Have an opportunity to lead meetings, contribute to ongoing training, cross train, BE AWESOME
