Sales Support Specialist

• Day to day:
  Data entry, helping w sales order, running reports, managing 3 diff platforms for sales (one being Netsuite), making sure the accounts are accurate, assisting with trade shows (preparation and search of trade shows)
• Good personality, Great english and communication
• Need someone who is good at excel- run formulas, run tables, format a table, intermediate excel and MS office
• Nice to have:
  Netsuite and power BI, hubspot

REPORTS TO:

Director of Sales Operations

Sales Support will be responsible for providing high‑level support to the sales team and the Chief Commercial Officer, helping with any issues and requests, while consistently delivering high‑quality service.

• Manage system access to company platforms, as well as maintain customer and order data within CRM and other relevant systems.
• Provide order support to sales team that are not limited to submitting customer approvals, processing orders, and handling shipping discrepancies and changes.
• Collaborate with ancillary teams, such as Production, Accounts Receivable, and Pharmacy, to respond to inquiries quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Organize and manage logistics for sales events and trade shows for sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
• Collect relevant information and distribute inquiries from leads and customers to the appropriate teams.
• Review and update Sales Support tools to reflect the most current information.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed by the sales team.
• Support the company’s management team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer support to sales teams and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and effectively with various departments.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and resourceful in problem‑solving and taking initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and integrity.
• Skilled at identifying challenges, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to support sales strategies and objectives.

• Must be flexible in terms of working hours to meet requirements of position.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have a car.
