Project Manager, Estimator

Seeking a skilled Contents and Packout Estimator to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. The role involves creating proposals, estimating costs, and providing detailed takeoffs for packout projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of content estimation experience using Xactimate software. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

• Conduct thorough inspections on items requiring packing out, storage inventory, and restoration in Pompano Beach, FL, US.
• Develop precise and detailed estimates tailored to packing out, storage, and restoration procedures.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective implementation of project estimates.
• Maintain and manage all documentation and records related to estimates, inspections, and project progress.
• Work with operations to execute all projects efficiently and in line with the estimated scope.

• Preferably, candidates should hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience using Xactimate software for contents management service estimates.
• Proficiency in accurately assessing damages, estimating effectively, and attention to detail are crucial skills for this role.
• Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
• Excellent organizational skills and efficient time management abilities are key attributes necessary for the Estimator position in Pompano Beach, FL.

$67,500 - 85,000 base salary plus commission.
