As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities across multiple job sites within a designated market area. This position requires frequent travel, hands-on leadership, and effective bilingual (English/Spanish) communication to supervise crews, manage schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. The construction supervisor will have experience in structural concrete forming (e.g., foundations, slabs, columns, walls) and be capable of leading diverse teams across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• Ability to work under limited supervision and establish procedures to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and building codes
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications to ensure correct concrete placement and formwork
• Manage day-to-day construction activities, including site prep, inspections, coordination of field teams and subcontractors
• Maintain high quality standards on all projects, conducting daily site visits and inspections, addressing any issues promptly
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and material needs with suppliers and project management
• Good oral and written communication (English and Spanish is mandatory)
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally

• 5+ years of experience supervising concrete forming in commercial or heavy construction
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems and concrete finishing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and enforcement on active sites
• Willingness to travel regularly between job sites (Miami to Vero Beach)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
