We are a premier construction company operating in 30 states across the United States, specializing in building exceptional hospitality projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This exciting opportunity requires a unique individual with a background in the restaurant industry and experience in construction project management.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.

Position:
Permanent Project Manager (restaurant construction focus).

Location:

Nationwide (projects across 30 states).

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Coordinate efforts across the entire project, including planning, design, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure a successful project delivery.
• Manage project budget, including the procurement of materials and labor.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in restaurant construction.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of a construction project, from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Experience in billing, financial planning, and strategy.
• Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in construction management software programs.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on producing high‑quality results for clients.
• Ability to travel as necessary to oversee project sites.
