We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Permanent Construction Sales-Roofing position in our dynamic Construction Industry team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our roofing projects, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO. If you are passionate about the construction industry, have excellent sales skills, and are adept at managing complex roofing projects, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that work is done on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of projects and the achievement of company objectives.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on all types of roofing, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of the construction industry.
  • Participate in meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of different types of roofing, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
