Project Coordinator - Glazing Subcontractor

Experience

Required:

Minimum 3 years (glazing or construction preferred)

We are an established glazing subcontractor specializing in commercial and residential projects. Our work includes curtain wall, storefront,

window systems, and custom glass installations. We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team

and help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

• Coordinate glazing projects from award through closeout
• Assist Management and Project Managers with contracts, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Liaise with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and installers
• Track project documentation, drawings, and revisions
• Support procurement of glass, aluminum systems, and related materials
• Monitor project timelines and assist with progress reporting
• Attend project meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator role (construction industry required; glazing experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction documents and shop drawings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management software experience is an asset
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
