Distinctive Roofing, a family‑owned leader with 20+ years in the industry, is looking for a Field Supervisor to manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure top‑quality roofing installations. If you’re a proactive leader with hands‑on roofing experience, we want to hear from you!

• Oversee multiple residential and commercial roofing projects daily, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Lead and supervise crews on job sites, enforcing safety protocols and maintaining site cleanliness
• Coordinate equipment, deliveries, and materials for efficient workflow
• Perform on‑site inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Maintain open communication with clients, the Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager
• Document progress with clear photo records in Company Cam and Job Nimbus (CRM)
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with building codes and inspections
• Assess risks and enforce all safety regulations on every project

• Minimum 3+ years of residential roofing experience (commercial a plus)
• Hands‑on leadership skills with proven crew management experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation best practices
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with smartphones, e‑mail, and software tools (Accu Lynx or similar)
• Physically capable of climbing roofs and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Clean and valid U.S. driver’s license
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full‑time availability – 40+ hrs/week, Mon‑Fri + occasional Saturdays
• Drug‑free and able to pass a background check
