This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent based in Pompano Beach, FL. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on roofing projects, including scheduling, supervising crews, maintaining safety standards, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality control. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, as well as the ability to address any challenges that may arise during the course of construction projects.

• Expertise in roofing systems and materials, including experience with commercial roofing and waterproofing
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate crews
• Commitment to enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve project challenges efficiently
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and local building codes
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to varying site conditions
• Previous experience in construction or roofing supervision roles is highly desirable
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are an advantage
