Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is a cornerstone of our growth and development philosophy. With an emphasis on in‑field learning, Project Engineers will master critical construction skills in a real‑world environment.

The goal of our PECD program is to develop our people into company leaders. Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire—project management, estimating, construction management, and more.

About the Team

Located in St. Petersburg, FL, the team supports a variety of concrete repair and strengthening projects across commercial scopes. While most work is based in the Tampa/St. Pete metro area, the role includes travel throughout the Southeast U.S. for on‑site project support.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field)
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Minimum one relevant internship experience
  • Ability to travel 33% of the year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job sites
