We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Roofing Project Manager for our rapidly growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods, as well as excellent project management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a particular focus on roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee all stages of roofing projects, including but not limited to planning, coordination, execution, and completion.

• Maintain Daily Logs
• Elaborate Project Schedule
• Attend weekly progress meetings with Engineer/Customer
• Submit RFI's / Submittals and all communication with the customer
• Order Materials / Equipment for the project
• Coordinate production, safety, and quality with the superintendent
• Manage multiple projects from start to close-out

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on roofing projects.
3. Proven experience in managing all phases of roofing projects, from initiation to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
5. Proficient in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
6. Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
12. Certifications in Project Management and/or Roofing are a plus.
