Roofing Project Manager – Commercial and Residential Builds

Growing Construction Company in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects from planning to completion.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of roofing projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion.
• Maintain daily logs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with engineers, customers, and general contractors.
• Submit RFIs, submittals, and manage all communication with the customer.
• Order materials and equipment for each project.
• Coordinate production, safety, and quality with the superintendent.
• Manage multiple projects from start to close‑out.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focused on roofing projects.
• Proven experience managing all phases of roofing projects, from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Certifications in Project Management and/or Roofing are a plus.
