We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional with strong estimating experience in residential and commercial construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, developing detailed cost proposals, and reviewing construction documents to support successful project bidding. • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using estimating software for exterior millwork components.
• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Ensure highlighted takeoff sheets are organized and included in proposal packages for clients.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to determine project scope.
• Verify that quantity takeoffs align with project requirements and investigate any discrepancies.
• Evaluate construction documents for completeness and constructability.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and design teams to clarify project scope and resolve questions.
• Track and follow up on outstanding proposals via phone and email from submission through award or close-out.
• Maintain organized estimating records and documentation.

• 3-5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building practices, and millwork/finish materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Bluebeam Revu proficiency.
• Experience using Net Suite ERP
