Healthcare Construction Superintendent

A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ is seeking a talented Healthcare Focused Superintendent to join its dynamic team.
This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout SF and surrounding.

• Oversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+
• Experience with Healthcare projects preferred:
  Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
• Willingness to travel within FL as project needs dictate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
