• Provide Legendary Customer Service
• Support Customer Success:
  Work directly with clients, make recommendations, offer guidance and find the right solution.
• Process inbound online orders, answers chats, learn logistics and how to calculate shipping and other variables in delivering legendary customer service.
• Create quotes and convert quotes to orders, suggestive selling
• Learn basic artwork applications to assist in customization of the products we sell
• Work with showroom clients
• Use CRM to engage with current and future clients.
• Become a product expert
• Have an opportunity to lead meetings contribute to ongoing training, cross train, BE AWESOME
