- Provide Legendary Customer Service
- Support Customer Success:
Work directly with clients, make recommendations, offer guidance and find the right solution. - Process inbound online orders, answers chats, learn logistics and how to calculate shipping and other variables in delivering legendary customer service.
- Create quotes and convert quotes to orders, suggestive selling
- Learn basic artwork applications to assist in customization of the products we sell
- Work with showroom clients
- Use CRM to engage with current and future clients.
- Become a product expert
- Have an opportunity to lead meetings contribute to ongoing training, cross train, BE AWESOME
